Allied Universal in Richmond Hill, GA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Reception Screening to safeguard clients at a busy logistics and distribution site. You will monitor access points, screen visitors and deliveries, and provide courteous customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

The role requires at least 6 months of security-related experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site-specific access control procedures.
• Inspect packages, parcels, and other items entering or leaving the facility as directed by site policies and applicable procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting observations and concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, facility access points, and the surrounding perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Reception Screening in Richmond Hill, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a fast‑paced logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by monitoring access points, screening individuals and/or materials, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while working collaboratively with site personnel. Pay Rate: $16.87 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Thur – 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sat – 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sun – 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
