Allied Universal is hiring full-time Start-Up Security Officers for a site in Morristown, NJ. The role starts at $20.00 per hour with shifts Monday through Sunday, mornings and evenings.

The position requires 21+ with security experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to walk/stand for long periods. You will protect clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education, performing patrols, responding to incidents, and enforcing site policies with

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required by law; Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where law permits.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; a valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE : MONDAY- SUNDAY, MORNING, EVENING

REQUIREMENTS:

• APPLICANTS MUST BE 21+ YEARS OF AGE.
• SECURITY EXPERIENCE 6+MONTHS.
• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE- AU DRIVER POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WALK/ STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
• ALARM CONTROL/BADGE EXPERIENCE.
• COMFORTABLE USING A COMPUTER OR TABLET.
• ACCESS CONTROL/BADGE EXPERIENCE.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
• GUARD CARD/LICENSE.

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
