Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour. Schedule spans Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of law enforcement experience or at least two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply before employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and retrieve visitor badges, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner per escalation procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit activity and deter unauthorized entry with a professional presence.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned access points, business areas, and perimeter locations.

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and retrieve visitor badges, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, report unusual or unauthorized access attempts, and help to deter unauthorized entry through a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, business areas, and perimeter locations as directed; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of law enforcement experience, at least two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or at least three years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
