Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and, when appropriate, emergency response procedures at a food/beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report per site protocol.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of the facility, exteriors, parking areas, access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor location access by checking credentials, observing visitors/contractors, and documenting entries and incidents accurately.
• Report hazards and policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production or distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility grounds, building exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and maintaining accurate entry and incident documentation.
• Report hazards, unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
