Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Miami, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, document observations, and provide professional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, visitors, and delivery drivers at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Observe and report hazardous conditions, equipment damage, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
