As a Security Officer Full Time Licensed Driver in Johnstown, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and team members. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, stock areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and help maintain orderly customer flow during normal business operations, peak shopping periods, and store opening and closing activities.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
