As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Customer Service Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to routine concerns. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Day Time

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.


• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.


• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying authorization as directed, and providing directions or information to patients and visitors.


• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.


• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.


• CPR certification is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
