As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Management in Kansas City, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and support a controlled environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will remain visible, communicate professionally, help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.


• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and control access to restricted chemical and petrochemical areas.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activity according to site procedures.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, gates, and designated restricted areas to help identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.


• Complete required reports and communicate professionally with employees, contractors, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
