Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Client Service in Fremont, CA. The role involves serving and safeguarding clients across multiple industries, maintaining a visible security presence, and delivering outstanding customer service as part of a collaborative team. Position Type: Full Time.

Pay Rate: $22.52 per hour. Schedule includes Day Time shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM across Mon–Sun.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized activity or unusual conditions.
• Complete required incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.

What You\'ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED, as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
