KRE Security, LLC is hiring a Full-Time Security Officer for a consistent, non-rotating second shift schedule in the Reading area. This is a permanent, year-round position designed for individuals seeking stability, predictable hours, and long-term employment.

The role requires independence, professionalism, and vigilance. We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team, with a Monday–Tuesday and Thursday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule and a $16.00/hour base pay

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during the shift.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic.
• Security experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property and maintain a safe, secure environment
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the shift
• Observe and report any unusual activity or safety concerns
• Complete clear and detailed incident reports
• Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times
• Provide assistance to staff and visitors as needed

What You’ll Do
