Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time 2nd Shift in Dayton, OH. You will serve and safeguard clients, monitor sites, deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service as part of a reliable, purpose-driven team.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $18.04 per hour. Schedule: Wed–Sun 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, background check and drug screen, and licensing as required by state.

As a Security Officer Full Time 2nd Shift in Dayton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to support access control, respond to alarms, and communicate professionally while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
