Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a full-time Security Officer to protect people, property, and assets at Princeton, WI and Westfield, WI. The role involves patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

You will work independently with strong observation and communication skills, participate in pre-employment screening, and enjoy benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and weekly pay.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Security Officer — Full Time

Site Location: Princeton, WI / Westfield, WI

Wage : $16.00-$18.00/HR

Schedule : Multiple shifts available!

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
