Prosegur Security is seeking a hybrid Patrol / Control Desk Officer for a premier campus in Fremont, CA. The role blends on-foot patrols with managing the campus Control Desk—monitoring CCTV, handling alarms, and controlling access systems.

Responsibilities include CCTV monitoring, badge management, dispatch coordination, and upholding security posture while delivering professional customer service to staff and visitors.

Job Overview

Prosegur Security is hiring a hybrid Patrol / Control Desk Officer for a premier corporate campus in Fremont, CA. This dual-function role splits time between active physical foot patrols and managing the campus Control Desk—monitoring CCTV, managing automated alarms, handling post dispatching, and controlling access systems.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:

• Control Desk Operations: Monitor multi-screen CCTV camera systems, respond to alarm panels, and operate the Lenel 9000 access control system in real time.
• Access & Badge Management: Process access permissions, manage badge activity, and process electronic access requests.
• Dispatch & Communications: Answer incoming calls from interior guard posts, site employees, and clients; dispatch patrol officers and field personnel accordingly.
• Active Physical Patrols: Conduct thorough interior and exterior foot patrols across campus facilities to identify safety hazards, security breaches, and policy violations. notify site leadership during critical events, and generate detailed electronic
