As a Security Officer Full Timet in Littleton, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior through a professional presence, clear communication, and timely reporting of security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
