Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Bristol, IN. You will protect client sites in Tech/Media/Telecom sectors, perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service aligned with Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

The position offers a full-time night shift schedule, a pay rate of $17.75 per hour, and access to smart tools for shift

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, loading zones, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and security-related systems, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications for Allied Universal and site leadership.

Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM; Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM; Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM; Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
