Job summary

Securitas USA is hiring for a night security officer to cover Friday through Monday shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role pays $18.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to patrol client premises.

A NJ SORA license (or ability to obtain one), a valid driver's license, and open availability are required. Responsibilities include de-escalation, patrols, reporting safety issues, and detailed incident reporting for the client.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Must be able to conduct patrols during shift.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance required.
• Previous security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances and patrol inside and outside client premises.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Report suspicious activity clearly and quickly.
• Provide detailed written witness reports.
