Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer for Mount Pleasant, WI. The role covers all shifts, offering a wage of $22.00-$30.00 per hour and opportunities to serve the community with elite safety training.

You will perform access control, patrols, incident reporting, and collaborate with clients and teammates while maintaining professional conduct and readiness to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact calmly and professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Attention to detail and alertness during shifts.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, in various weather and terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to achieve site goals.
• Carry out tasks similar in scope as assigned for the site.
