Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or ability to complete within 6 months.
• Strong computer/technology skills.
• 6 months security experience preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience a plus.
• Must be 18+ and able to interact professionally.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate when needed.
• Control access at security entrances/exits.
• Patrol client premises indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
• Interact with client employees and guests regularly.
• Identify and report safety hazards and suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports on incidents.
• Work with others to meet site goals daily.
• Perform tasks of similar scope as assigned.
