Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in South Windsor, CT is hiring a FT Security Officer. Pay is $18.89 per hour. Shift: Sunday 5am-1pm, Monday-Wednesday 2pm-10pm.

Location: South Windsor, CT. No experience is required; training will be provided to get you started on a career in security. The Security Officer will actively monitor premises, patrol multiple sites, enforce client rules, and assist staff and visitors with information and directions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Weekend availability is required.
• 1 year+ security or relevant experience preferred.
• CT Guard Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and patrol a variety of locations to maintain safety and security.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for client sites.
• Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
