Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Guard to protect clients across industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

This flex-position offers various shifts with weekends required and includes paid orientation; a secret clearance is required for certain roles. Starting pay is $23.19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check required by law; may be required to pass a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws; driving positions require a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
