Requires at least 1 year of security experience, a valid CT Security Guard License, and strong communication skills. Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH are a plus; shifts include Days, Afternoons, and Overnights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of stable security experience (exterior patrol preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid CT Security Guard License (must remain valid for at least 3 months).
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the property, employees, vendors, contractors, and guests.
• Screen and monitor guest entry, enforcing site procedures related to prohibited items.
• Prepare detailed incident reports, including descriptions of people and events.
• Resolve complaints professionally within your scope of authority, escalating to management when necessary.
• Conduct exterior patrols, maintaining a visible security presence.
• Display high level customer service skills.
