Securitas USA is hiring a Security Officer — Full Time to protect people, property, and assets at client sites in Prairie du Chien, WI. The role involves patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and observational skills. Pre-employment screening is required. Wages start at $22.00 per hour with flexible shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Must work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must stay calm under pressure and respond to emergencies.
• Strong observational and communication abilities; quick decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for employees, customers and visitors.
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal standards.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking lots and entry points.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarms and security equipment.
