The position requires 18+ years old, HS diploma or GED, ability to pass background and drug tests, reliable transportation, and training within the first month.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation and complete training within the first month.
• Excellent organization and strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to use a smartphone with data plan; verification will occur.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security services across designated areas per post orders.
• Write detailed shift reports using company technology and apps.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out and follow dress code and instructions.
• Interact with clients and staff to build a peace-of-mind security presence.
• Deescalate issues professionally and report concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain equipment and communicate client needs to ensure service quality.
• Adhere to daily tasks, safety standards and site instruction changes.
