Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Security Officer to provide security detail per post orders, building customer relationships and coordinate with local agencies. You will patrol, monitor entrances, manage access, and maintain professional image while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include reporting with uniform, staying informed on post orders, monitoring CCTV, and applying life safety and emergency procedures. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-6 months of security, loss prevention, CCTV, or life safety systems experience.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and experience with report writing.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be on time and report to post in full uniform.
• Maintain professional image and greet customers, visitors, and employees.
• Be proactive in knowing post orders and information from the customer and AFS.
• Patrol property or maintain fixed post, report suspicious activity and investigate incidents.
• Monitor cameras/equipment per post orders.
• Know emergency policies and respond to alarms and incidents.
• Complete daily activity reports, logs, and incident reports.
