Job summary

DSI Security Services in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Security Officer to help maintain a safe, secure environment for clients, employees, and the public. The role requires vigilance, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Shifts available: First, Second, and Third. Valid Texas Level 2 license and a high school diploma are required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided by a drug-free employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.
• Valid Level 2 (Unarmed) Texas Security License.
• Must meet all preemployment requirements.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
• Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
• Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals
