Responsibilities

• Permit authorized entry and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect property and ensure proper removal.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as outlined in site orders.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Branch Flex – Work Varying Shifts (C162)

• Candidates must be willing to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial to meet the operational needs of our branches.

Branch Flex – Reliable Transportation (C163)

• Candidates must have reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and attendance at work. This is particularly important for roles that may require travel to different branch locations.

Branch Flex – Travel Distance (C164)

• Candidates should be prepared to travel a reasonable distance to their assigned branch. The ability to commute effectively is a key requirement for employment.

Branch Flex – Last Minute Shift Scheduling (C165)

• Candidates must be open to last‑minute shift scheduling. The nature of our business may require employees to fill in on short notice, and flexibility in this regard is essential.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle


• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards


• Sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons


• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles


• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits


• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensures that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements


• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post


• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner


• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
