Allied Universal in Memphis, TN is seeking a Security Officer Flex Rotating Shift Patrol to safeguard clients across industries. You will perform patrols on foot or by vehicle, monitor for risks, and support post operations with flexible, manager-assigned or self-scheduled shifts.

This role offers 30–40 hours weekly and opportunities for advancement within a national security leader. Pay rate is $17.42 per hour.

Your schedule will vary week to week, based on a combination of manager-assigned shifts and those you pick up through our Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift self‑scheduling program. Shifts, days, locations, and assignments will change regularly, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and ready to take on new challenges. Please note that you will be assigned to work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice to support client needs.

Pay Rate: $17.42 / Hour

Basic Qualifications:

• Be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available for last‑minute shift scheduling.
• Be able to travel required distances.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
