Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Flex Multi Site Patrol in Philadelphia, PA. You will patrol multiple sites, respond to incidents, and support clients across diverse industries while developing broad site exposure and advancement paths.

Qualifications

• Be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Be available for last‑minute shift scheduling.
• Must be able to travel the required distance.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions as applicable.
• Permit entry to authorized persons and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.

Pay Rate: $19.66 / Hour

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensures that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, as a Branch Flex employee.
• Must have reliable transportation as a Branch Flex employee.
• Must be available for last‑minute shift scheduling as a Branch Flex employee.
• Must be able to travel the required distance as a Branch Flex employee.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
