Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex Hospital Guard in Cincinnati, OH to safeguard clients across healthcare, education, finance, retail, and more. Expect 30-40 hours weekly with a shift mix and the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift scheduling program.

You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, respond to alarms, and prepare concise incident reports while expanding your security skills within a world‑class team.

Qualifikationen

• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
• Must be able to travel the required distance for branch flex assignments.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders

The Security Officer Flex Hospital Guard will serve and safeguard clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, education, finance, retail, and more. In this role, you can expect to work 30-40 hours per week, offering steady income and opportunities for growth. Your schedule will vary week to week, based on a combination of manager-assigned shifts and those you pick up through our Earn More, Claim-A-Shift self-scheduling program. Shifts, days, locations, and assignments will change regularly, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and ready to take on new challenges. Please note that you will be assigned to work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice to support client needs.
