Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex Driver in Ontario, CA. This role offers 30–40 hours per week with shifts that change weekly; you will earn $20.00 per hour and gain exposure to multiple client sites while expanding your security skillset.

The position emphasizes adaptability, reliability, and ongoing paid training for advancement, with access to exclusive tools for real-time shift visibility and self-scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience required.
• Must be able to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances and exits.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
