Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex Driver in Omaha, NE to patrol designated areas, respond to incidents, and support client sites across multiple industries. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and access to advanced shift-visibility tools through our platform.

The position emphasizes adapting to irregular shifts with varying locations, while maintaining professional customer service and safety standards.

Competenze

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

In this role, you can expect to work 30–40 hours per week, offering steady income and opportunities for growth. Your schedule will vary week to week, based on a combination of manager‑assigned shifts and those you pick up through our Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift self‑scheduling program. Shifts, days, locations, and assignments will change regularly, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and ready to take on new challenges. Please note that you will be assigned to work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice to support client needs.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour
