Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Flex Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Boundary Assessment in Bridgeport, PA. You will provide security services at a logistics site with a reliable base schedule and opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

Pay rate is $17.92/hour. The role offers fixed shifts, option to increase earnings via our scheduling platform, and potential to scale to a fuller schedule while maintaining work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and reporting information per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or vehicles per site requirements.
• Observe shipping and receiving activity, report unusual conditions, and support a professional environment during package and freight operations.

As a Security Officer Flex Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Boundary Assessment in Bridgeport, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by pick‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.92 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or vehicles in accordance with site requirements.
