Securitas USA is hiring a Security Officer Flex for full and part-time openings. Primary site location is Seattle, WA, with wage between $21.00 and $27.00 per hour and weekly pay.

The role requires patrolling, access control, and rapid response to incidents across multiple client sites, with a focus on safety and compliance. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision/Life+AD&D, 401K options, paid time off, family leave, telemedicine, and training.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• At least 1 year security experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
