Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer Flex to provide security at various client sites, protecting people and assets. The role requires patrolling, monitoring systems, and controlling access while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Flexible shifts at multiple client sites are available, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. The officer will maintain a secure environment, respond to emergencies, and uphold policies and legal standards.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong computer/tech skills.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgement and escalation.

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.

• Strong computer / technology skills needed.

• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!

• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.

• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.

• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.

• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
