GardaWorld Security is seeking a part-time Concierge Security Officer in East Grand Forks, MN. You will provide exceptional customer service, verify identities, manage access, and patrol to identify risks across office towers and retail environments.

The role emphasizes guest relations, incident response, and clear reporting. A valid HS diploma or GED and ability to pass screening are required; previous security or law enforcement background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
• Show proficiency with basic phone and computer tasks
• Security, military or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Possess any required state license

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming visitors
• Verify identity and guide visitors as needed
• Manage access control for the location
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • Part-time, Sunday, 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  
  
  • Part-time, Wednesday and Thursday, 3rd shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• You have a state license if required
