You will provide excellent customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors while ensuring safety across shifts. Responsibilities include responding to alarms, patrolling facilities, and coordinating with authorized personnel to restrict access as required.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain logs.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned facilities and perimeter locations.
• Support compliance with site access requirements for restricted areas and coordinate with authorized personnel.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned facilities, business areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Support compliance with site access requirements for restricted areas, including coordination with authorized personnel and adherence to established security-related protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
