Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk while following site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct guests to appropriate areas of the location.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and/or other security‑related systems; report unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and communication while supporting a professional, welcoming environment at the location.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Security in Easton, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $14.86 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize online resources effectively.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates should possess a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Experience in resolving customer inquiries and providing support is essential.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
