Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer – Enhanced Experienced Driver for Liberty Township, OH. The role offers reliable, fixed hours with optional extra shifts to increase earnings through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $18.25 per hour with a Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM schedule. This position supports a dynamic, customer-service focused environment at a retail site.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail center to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and direct guests according to site procedures.
• Document patrol activities and incidents and communicate information to site management.

Security Officer Enhanced Experienced Driver in Liberty Township, OH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule: Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail center, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and vehicle activity, and assist with directing guests in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
