Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Armed Driver in Trenton, OH. This role offers fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings, up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Complete required reports and share information with leadership and site representatives.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Armed Driver in Trenton, OH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting entries, observations, and incidents accurately.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Complete required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Have at least 6 months of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
