Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Driver Vehicle Access in Lebanon, IN. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and provide professional customer service at a commercial real estate location.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and may require CPR certification. You will patrol, deter incidents, and communicate observations per site procedures while supporting a collaborative security team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Vehicle Access in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide professional customer service to employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and communicate observations clearly. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service while carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor and manage entry points by verifying credentials, authorizing visitor access, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, employees, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership while reporting incidents and observations in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
