Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and contractors while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, documenting observations for site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas and perimeter points to deter incidents.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, and assist with visitor access processes.
• Communicate with staff, guests, and first responders during routine operations or unusual events.

• Mon 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM
• Wed 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM
• Thur 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM
• Sat 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor access processes and other security-related support functions.
• Communicate with staff, guests, and/or first responders during routine operations or unusual events, following post orders and reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
