Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver for Unarmed Patrol in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time position involves patrolling facilities, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic media/tech location.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver for Unarmed Patrol in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic media and technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, talent, production personnel, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of studio buildings, production areas, offices, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site-specific requirements for a media and entertainment location.
• Document patrols, incidents, unusual conditions, and/or policy violations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
