Job summary

Allied Universal in Pryor, OK is seeking a Security Officer Driver (unarmed) to serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. This role focuses on customer service, site security procedures, and proactive incident response.

The schedule runs Monday through Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with weekly pay; the position requires a valid driver's license and high school diploma; benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed, and document visitor, driver, and delivery activity according to site requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports for incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervisors.
