• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Screen individuals entering designated areas in accordance with established visitor management, access control, and screening protocols.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and visitors, providing directions and assisting with questions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Document screening activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences accurately and report concerns through established procedures.

As a Screener in a healthcare location, you will help create a welcoming environment by screening visitors, monitoring access points, and communicating with patients, staff, and guests. You will support security-related operations through professional customer service, clear communication, and attentive presence. Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
