Pacific Security is seeking Security Officers/Drivers for swing and graveyard shifts in Washington. Training to obtain your guard card is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

The role emphasizes situational awareness, observation, and clear communication to protect client sites. Officers patrol, investigate incidents, and document reports while driving defensively and interacting professionally with the public.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be 23+ years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Valid WA state driver’s license.
• Good driving record.
• Pass drug screening (including marijuana).
• Pass a Department of Licensing background check.

Pacific Securityis looking forSecurity Officerswho have good situational awareness, observation skills and have excellent communication and decision-making skills. Patrol officers investigate sites, create incident reports and are excellent defensive drivers. All necessary training needed is conducted by Pacific Security.
