Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Alarm panel experience and customer service experience are preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in line with laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarm-related activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.26 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution center, including the building interior, loading areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe inbound and outbound vehicle, employee, visitor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, unusual activity, and policy violations through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
