Job summary

TriCorps is hiring Security Officers in Washington, DC to join our team. The role requires a valid DC Security Officer license, reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

You will monitor facilities, assist visitors, secure premises through patrols, stay alert, respond to emergencies, observe and report incidents, enforce site rules, and deliver excellent customer service consistent with TriCorps values.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facilities and designated areas to detect and deter irregular or unusual activity.
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Secure premises by patrolling property and maintaining visibility to deter unauthorized activity.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and disturbances, maintaining composure in high-stress situations.
• Observe, report, and prevent incidents by maintaining a consistent security presence.
• Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel and property.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent TriCorps’ values of professionalism and integrity.
• Support management and client directives to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
