Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Customer Service Security Officer to protect client sites while delivering quality customer service. The role includes patrolling locations, observing and reporting incidents, and maintaining safety for personnel and property.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered, with training provided for career development in the security industry.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Ability to complete patrols
• Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer)
• Prior security/customer service experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
