Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a security environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
• Able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
• At least one year of verifiable work experience (military, concierge or AA/BA in related field considered).

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Report all issues and incidents to the operations manager, client and ADM Managers as appropriate.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
• Other duties as assigned.
