GardaWorld Security in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service, welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide guests across offices, hotels and retail environments.

Responsibilities include access control, regular patrols, reporting incidents, coordinating with emergency teams, and ensuring safety and protection of people and property on all shifts, with uniform supplied.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of security experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office).
• State security license BSIS Guard Card and 32hr additional training required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, verify identity, and guide guests.
• Manage access control and monitor entry points.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks and maintain security.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns to management.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
• Set Schedule: 32 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Set Schedule: 40 hours per week, Friday - Tuesday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Set Schedule: 32 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
• Competitive hourly wage of $21.50 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Officer

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Concierge Security Officer

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• One year of security experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
